I’m pleased to be the first to welcome you to our brand new website.
Six months ago, our staff set out to create an exciting new product that would be an industry leader. Yes, we wanted a sharp-looking site with a multitude of functions for users to enjoy the customer support we’re known for, but we also wanted something a little more exciting. We were committed to creating a website that represented the quality and innovation that we’ve always been proud of and something that could serve as an ambassador to the North Prairie brand. While our quality standards and core values have always remained the same, our image has adapted through the years and it’s important to us that our communications channels reflect that.
We know that a website is often the first impression of a company, and we want to ensure you–our community, customers and our friends–find value while navigating through our site from the very first time you visit. We also know buying a home is a milestone and, while very exciting, can be a complex and sometimes overwhelming decision. We at North Prairie want you to enjoy the process. Our user-friendly site focuses on providing the most informative, yet simple, information to assist you with learning, exploring and purchasing a beautiful new home.
What can you expect while visiting our site?
- Customer support for a better experience – Visit our Customer Experience section that offers learning tools such as step-by-step videos, seasonal checklists and quick access to commonly asked questions.
- Easy browsing – Visit our Find a Home section and explore new subdivisions, features and some of our exciting new home designs.
- Value and entertainment – yes, we’re a home builder, but that doesn’t mean that’s the extent of our services. We believe in cultivating relationships within our community and that includes providing a variety of tips and perspectives you might find interesting. We also want you to always be up-to-date with the latest North Prairie news, promos and events. As a builder of over 30 years, we’ve also acquired a wealth of information about the industry so we’ve decided to share it with you as regular blog content. We want our website to mimic our core value of maintaining a relationship with you before, during and after your home buying experience; feel free to comment on our blogs – we love hearing from you.
